Mission

The Health Impact Hub (HIH) is a student-led, interdisciplinary organization dedicated to translating awareness into action at the intersection of health, policy, and systems change.

We bridge health policy and medical practice by connecting students across medicine, public health, policy, and law to collaboratively research health challenges, develop policy solutions, and engage communities through advocacy and education. By centering interdisciplinary collaboration and real-world action, HIH prepares the next generation of health leaders to navigate and reimagine the systems that impact patient and community health.

At HIH, we believe that stronger healthcare systems are built through relationships — from biology to bedside to policy to law.

  • Hosting speaker events, journal clubs, and workshops to explore emerging health policies and medical advancements at local and greater levels.

  • Connecting medical and policy students through collaborative research, resolution-writing, and community engagement to develop solutions informed by both clinical and policy perspectives.
